Mexico & Cuba AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Hey all! Happy 2008!!! Wah what happened to all of your??? No blogs at all??? so busy ah? Ha i am the first to blog this year! Hope everything goes well for everyone this year... work life and love life! XY- hope you enjoy your new job and wish you success there... and i am sure everything is going well with ur bf... steady steady. =) ADE- hope you find a job that treats you better this time round =)... and we shall continue finding someone out there... haha... YH- havent heard you complain much abt work... so i am sure everything is going well there... and we are all waiting for you to get married! so excited for you! hee... and VIC- cant wait to see you become a powerful lawyer with nice handbags... hee... and you can join me and ade on our search for THE ONE! hee.... ok now that i am done with new year wishes...my turn to tok abt my hol! hee... damn sian to come back to work after going away for abt 2-3weeks! first week was LONG and dreadful.... oh wells... so i shall bring back happy memories....

so tink ur noe... my parents came up for the holidays... so we went to mex and cuba. it was not bad a hol... though i didnt like come parts of the hol... it was still nice to relax and spend time with family. so first stop...

CANCUN- Isla Mujeres

this is the north beach at the island near our hotel. we didnt hang out there much... just hung out more at our hotel. but it was a real nice island... its a small island that can just rent a golf cart and drive around kind. this was my fav spot for all the whole hol.

then we went to our next stop where we met up with my younger bro...

CHICHEN ITZA this is where we went to see the mayan ruins... which is the old civilisation kinda thing. quite interesting la this place... lotsa history... like this is the famous temple at the site... and inside this structure there are actually 2 more of the same type thing underneath it... so they just build building over building... siao right? what a waste of time and money to me! haha... and we spent my bday and xmas here. then finally... we made our way to cuba!

CUBA- HAVANAthe building at the back is the grand theatre... the prettiest building to me in havana... and in front is the coco taxis... reminds me a little of india. cuba is pretty cool coz all the cars there damn vintage kind... so it feels like going back in time when you are walking around there. anyways then we went to our last stop...

CUBA-VARADERO

of coz i had to make the last stop a beach again! =)... the beach here is damn pretty... the water like swimming pool water like that... and the beach there they only allow tourist... no locals allowed. which i tink its wierd... but sad thing is only we had one day of nice weather... the rest was super windy... and became too cold to go to the beach... so we just hid in the hotel room and played scrabble... hee.... but check out the guy in his speedos... hunky huh? hha....

so that is my hol in summary... now its back to work and i am super duper sian!
